PARKER DIFFIE

DIRECTOR OF ENTERTAINMENT

Parker Diffie is the Entertainment Director of Plus 3 Golf, carrying forward the legacy of his late father, country music legend Joe Diffie, by blending music, philanthropy, and golf into impactful fundraising experiences. With a deep-rooted passion for entertainment and charitable initiatives, Parker is committed to ensuring his father’s influence continues to inspire future generations.

At the heart of Parker’s work is The Diffie Classic, a premier golf tournament honoring Joe Diffie’s legacy while raising funds for charitable causes that reflect his values. Through Plus 3 Golf, Parker has played a pivotal role in integrating live music, celebrity engagement, and high-impact fundraising into the organization’s mission, making each event a unique blend of entertainment and purpose.

Beyond event coordination, Parker oversees the development of Zach Hinson’s career as Plus 3 Golf’s first musician advocate, helping him establish a strong brand presence while building a network of artists who align with the organization’s vision. Working alongside Morgan Cyrus, Parker is shaping Plus 3 Golf Entertainment into a platform that empowers musicians through ownership structures, strategic branding, and career development.

With a lifelong connection to music and a dedication to preserving his father’s memory, Parker continues to bridge the gap between golf, entertainment, and philanthropy. His leadership ensures that Joe Diffie’s legacy is not just remembered—but actively makes a difference, supporting artists, veterans, and the mental health initiatives at the core of Plus 3 Golf.

Looking ahead, Parker is committed to blending his love for music with his passion for making a difference. He aims to create opportunities for young athletes and aspiring musicians, advocating for mental health awareness while fostering a sense of community and resilience. By honoring his father’s legacy and forging his own path, Parker is building a future rooted in family, creativity, and compassion, inspiring others to live fully and give back along the way.

Beyond his connection to the music industry, Parker has a deep passion for youth athletics and mental health advocacy. As the father of a former college athlete, he has firsthand insight into the challenges young athletes face in maintaining their physical and mental well-being. This perspective has fueled his mission to support mental health awareness within sports, ensuring that student-athletes have access to the resources they need to navigate the pressures of competition and life beyond the game.

Following his father’s passing in 2020, Parker has taken active steps to preserve and celebrate Joe Diffie’s enduring impact on country music. In a heartfelt tribute, he joined country artist Mark Wills on stage at the Grand Ole Opry to perform So Help Me Girl, one of his father’s iconic hits. He also collaborated with country rocker HARDY on the track Life Had Plans for Me, featured on a tribute album, DIFFTAPE, commemorating his father’s influence on the genre. These tributes serve as a testament to Parker’s dedication to keeping his father’s spirit alive through music.

Growing up surrounded by the rhythms of life on the road, Parker gained firsthand experience of the artistry, dedication, and connection that music creates. Traveling with his father, he often shared the stage with the beloved country star, singing alongside him and witnessing the impact his father’s music had on people’s lives. These cherished experiences became the foundation of Parker’s passion for music and his commitment to honoring his father’s legacy—not only through performance but also through meaningful initiatives that blend music, sports, and philanthropy.
